What it is

Blue Post Social is the social media management service Blue Pointe IT provides to its small-business clients, such as restaurants, pubs, care homes and retailers. Each client gets a private, branded workspace where their staff, or our team on their behalf, plan, schedule and publish posts to the business's own social media accounts from one place.

How clients use it

  1. Connect accounts. The client signs in to their workspace and connects the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts their business owns, using each platform's official login and permission screen.
  2. Create and schedule. They write posts, attach photos or video, pick which accounts to post to and choose a date and time. Staff at different locations can submit drafts for a manager to approve.
  3. Publish automatically. At the scheduled time, Blue Post Social publishes the post to each selected account.
  4. Engage and measure. The client replies to comments on their posts and sees reach, engagement and follower figures for the accounts they connected.

Your data

We only access the accounts a client chooses to connect, only to provide the features above, and never sell or share that data for advertising.
